This last weekend I wasn’t able to post because I was driving back and forth and working feverishly to cover all the events I was asked to cover! I calculated my hours and I ended up working 46 hours over the last weekend (Friday Saturday, and Sunday)! It’s a new year and a new season! Last year was great but hopefully we are all progressing on to bigger and better things! Just a quick recap my goals for last year were: to improve and develop as a photographer, to shoot large events, a restaurant, round out my modeling and fashion portfolio, network, shoot a product, have my work posted in a magazine, get new business cards, book 10 weddings, update the website and expand the blog, and so much more! After months of Sheereen telling me this idea that she always wanted to do an Audrey Hepburn inspired shoot I finally got the closest matching model, a great hairstylist, and a Perfect wardrobe from San Francisco Shirt Company . We pulled it off I think and I thought It needed a little video (just because I have been loving the video on my new camera lately).

Last weekend I shot some portfolio shots for Salon Amour in Walnut Creek, CA. I had a blast shooting for this Aveda Concept Salon! I will have to say I love their product! Normally when you walk into a salon you are hit with chemicals, but Aveda products are all high performance Botanical based products, that not only have a stunning look on their clients, but benefit the earth as well! Salon Amour definitely practices what they believe in! They have an amazing team and an amazing education program for young professionals...
